On December 6, 2022, the Board of Trustees passed Ordinance 2022-10 implementing an IP Program & Oil and Grease Management Program effective January 1, 2023. This Ordinance directly effects establishments in the Town of Rye such as restaurants, cafes, schools, daycare centers, automotive service shops, car washes, etc. and will require the installation, use, and management of grease/oil interceptors or sand/oil interceptors.

Biannual “Facility Compliance Reporting Forms” and “Grease or Oil Removal Device Maintenance Logs” have also been added below for your convenience.
