PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, during the Special Board of Trustees Meeting held on February 19, 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Rye, by Resolution 2024-3, instructs the Town Clerk to cancel the General Municipal election of April 2, 2024, and elects the following candidate for Mayor to serve a four-year-term and the following candidates for Trustee to serve a four-year-term as there are no other individuals who have expressed interest in these positions: Martha C. Rahl, Mayor; Kathy MacCormack, Trustee; Aimee Kramer, Trustee.
