A Resolution placing a Water Tap Moratorium for the Town of Rye for all new water tap applications was approved by the Board of Trustees on June 14, 2023. The review of the water tap moratorium will be placed on the June 2024 monthly meeting agenda for revision, repeal and/or extension.
