The Town of Rye is a statutory municipality founded in 1937 in Rye, Colorado that consists of the Mayor, Board of Trustees, and Town Clerk. The Town of Rye provides water & sewer services to the residents and holds monthly meetings to discuss and vote on community topics.

Regular Board Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm located at the Rye Town Hall: 2067 Main St. Rye, CO. If you are interested in speaking with the Board of Trustees please contact the Town Clerk to be added to an agenda.

The Board of Trustees approved moving the monthly due date for all account holders at the October 8, 2025, regular monthly meeting. As of October 31, 2025, you will notice a comment on your billing statement in red stating, “PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MONTHLY DUE DATE HAS CHANGED TO COMPLY WITH C.R.S. 29-1-1102”.
At the October 8, 2025, regular monthly meeting the Board of Trustees unanimously approved Resolution 2025-6 Water & Sewer Rate Increase effective January 1, 2026-December 31, 2031.
