There will be a Board of Trustees Work Session on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall 2067 Main, Rye, Colorado 81069. This meeting will be open to the public and the Board encourages the residents of the Town of Rye to attend. The purpose of this Work Session will be to discuss the Water and Sewer Rate Increases effective 2026-2031.

On September 13, 2023 at the Regular Monthly Board Meeting the Board of Trustees for the Town of Rye passed and adopted Ordinance 2023-6 Sidewalk Responsibility upon the second reading of the Ordinance. Ordinance 2023-6 will be mailed out to all residents in the Town for awareness of construction and maintenance responsibilities. For a copy of Ordinance 2023-6 please contact the Town Clerk.
With the recent fire that occurred off of Old San Isabel Rd. the Board of Trustees would like to provide some information relating to emergency situations.
On December 6, 2022, the Board of Trustees passed Ordinance 2022-10 implementing an IP Program & Oil and Grease Management Program effective January 1, 2023. This Ordinance directly effects establishments in the Town of Rye such as restaurants, cafes, schools, daycare centers, automotive service shops, car washes, etc.
