PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, that a call for nominations for the Town of Rye to be voted upon at the election on April 7, 2026, for the office four (4) offices of Board of Trustees. Self-nomination and acceptance forms may be obtained from the Town Clerk, Jocelyn Ensley, by calling 719-489-2011 or emailing jensley@rye.colorado.gov. The deadline for submitting a self-nomination petition and acceptance form to the Town Clerk is on January 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. To acquire and submit nomination petitions please contact the Town Clerk, Jocelyn Ensley at 719-489-2011 or jensley@rye.colorado.gov to schedule a pick-up or drop-off time prior to the deadline. All candidates must be eligible to hold offices per C.R.S. 1-13.5-301.
