PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, during the Regular Monthly Board of Trustees Meeting held on February 11, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Rye, by Resolution 2026-3, instructs the Town Clerk to cancel the General Municipal election of April 7, 2026, and elects the following candidates for Trustee to serve a four-year term as there are no other individuals who have expressed interest in these positions: Geoff Pagnotta, Trustee; Patrick Ryan, Trustee; and Riki Rosty, Trustee.
