The Board of Trustees approved moving the monthly due date for all account holders at the October 8, 2025, regular monthly meeting. As of October 31, 2025, you will notice a comment on your billing statement in red stating, “PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MONTHLY DUE DATE HAS CHANGED TO COMPLY WITH C.R.S. 29-1-1102”. Please be sure to reference the due date at the top right-hand corner of your billing statement each month, late fees will be assessed to those who make a payment after that date. For those of you who have automatic bill pay through your personal bank, you’ll need to move your payment date up to ensure the payment is received prior to the due date or a late fee will be assessed.
